Rather than flipping the image horizontally, the artist has used the same outlines to draw back and fronts of each girl.  So, for intance, Brittany is leaning on her right leg in the upper picture, with her right arm akimbo in front of Hanna.  In the the lower picture, she’s standing on her left leg with her left arm akimbo behind Hanna. It’s like they hate me.
