I am a little bit confused about what, and where, that is. Is she standing on a yeti?

This is very Hansel-and-Gretel-looking, though it’s probably a reference to a more specific story that I’m not familiar with.
It is also a bit of a cross-over piece: he’s an animalistic monster, but he’s wearing clothes and he’s going to cook her (with garlic!) before eating her. So now we are veering over towards cannibalism storylines rather than animals devouring people.
But don’t worry, we’ll be back soon.

I don’t know how well high-res works on various Tumblrs, but the giant demon girl in the picture has a princess in her mouth, and the hero has ridden up on his white horse.
She: “Help!”
He: “Oh, sorry! Wrong princess”
She: “Wh…What?!”
He: Sorry for the interruption!”
Giant demon lady: [Gulp!] “Not a problem!”
Another take on LRRH…
Animals provide a whole treasure trove of eroticism. The wolf could ravish you or eat you or you could become the wolf or you could turn the wolves loose on someone else, or….
I think we’re going to start with the wolf that eats you: vore scripts.

GIven how far she’s sticking out her chest, I don’t think she has to be on tiptoe. She’s just trying to make a good first impression for her new werewolf master.
Andromeda, who we’ve seen before, is sort of the ur-example of the dragon sacrifice in the west. Although her problem is actually a sea monster, strictly speaking.
While her peril-bondage scenario is always dark/erotic, Picou really takes it up a notch.

Murre would like me to post some images about dragons. I think she means sacrifices-to-dragons, but here’s a….well, I don’t know.
As DD points out, if he loses his erection, he’ll be punished. But if he get’s too hard, that’s really going to hurt. So it’s sort of like a seven-gates-of-hell. Only dragony.

When I think “virgin sacrifice”, the image that comes to mind is something like this. Well, not the crocodile and the viking dude. But the naked or scantily clad maiden lying on the stone altar, chained down and/or entranced. And the skeezy priestly dude with a big knife poised to strike. Check, check, check.
Thing is, although I feel like I’ve seen versions of this image many times, they’re actually quite hard to find. This script is so well-worn and overused that it almost never gets played straight anymore. A Google image search for “virgin sacrifice” and the obvious cognates turns up very little that fits the bill.
I want this to be a poster for a crossover movie, like, De Sade vs. the Loch Ness Monster: The Scottish Plesiosaur Surrenders to the Whip!
In fact, I think it’s an Italian pulp magazine called De Sade. But the look on Nessie’s face makes it all OK.
