I wonder if the guards and the cup girl are horny and jealous all the time, or just bored silly.

I like how the captive girl sees the dude in the WWF belt with the skirt and the katana, and her reaction is like “fuck, not again!”

Oooo, blood and dragons! Another two-for-one.
This is from Michael Manning’s version of the Nieblungenlied. Manning is probably better known to readers of this blog as a famous pen-and-ink fetish pornographer. Sigurd is making himself invulnerable using the famous dragon’s-blood-body-wash technique.
Andromeda, who we’ve seen before, is sort of the ur-example of the dragon sacrifice in the west. Although her problem is actually a sea monster, strictly speaking.
While her peril-bondage scenario is always dark/erotic, Picou really takes it up a notch.

I used to read comics. Sometimes I still do.
One thing that always bothered me about comic books was how the covers would pose what I considered to be a narrative challenge: the hero is about to be shot, twice, in like 1/1000 of a second. And then the KKK-Nazi-cult leader dude will impale the virginal heroine with his stiff, quivering sword. It’s inescapable. How will they survive?
And then, inside the comic itself, this setup never actually happens, so the author doesn’t have to solve the problem on the cover.
Fucking A, man.
I remember going to see a stage production of Peter Pan when I was a kid. They had even set up the whole wire thing so that Peter and the kids could fly, which was very impressive for a small theatre group. But what I remember most was Wendy (and Tiger Lily?) being tied up. Oooooo! I would have traded places in a second.
Here, some very classic pirate peril, with a rather more mature Wendy.
A two-for-one: breasts and pirates. But that’s not so surprising. Giant, gravity-defying breasts are “the most common superpower”, and the heroines and villainesses of a hundred genres seem almost incapable of keeping them fully covered in fabric. 50% is pretty good.
